Shipping policy

Processing & Production Time

All Vide Labs products are made to order. Production timelines vary depending on the product type, packaging, and customization level.

  • Sample kits typically ship within 5–7 business days

  • Standard white-label orders are typically ready within up to 4 weeks after approval

  • Custom formulations or specialty packaging may require additional production time

Estimated timelines will be communicated once your order details are finalized.

Shipping Time & Carriers

Once an order is completed and shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and carrier availability. Vide Labs primarily ships using reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Shipping timeframes are estimates and may be impacted by carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or invoiced separately based on:

  • Package size and weight

  • Shipping destination

  • Selected shipping speed

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly communicated prior to fulfillment.

Order Tracking

When available, tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

International Shipping

At this time, international shipping availability may be limited. If you are located outside the United States and interested in placing an order, please contact our team prior to ordering to confirm availability and requirements.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees associated with international shipments.

Delays & Issues

Because our products are custom-made, delays may occur due to ingredient availability, packaging supply, or production scheduling. If a delay arises, our team will communicate updates as soon as possible.

Vide Labs is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers once an order has been handed off for delivery.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue promptly.

Regulatory & Compliance Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all products, branding, labeling, packaging, marketing claims, distribution, and resale of products comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations in their intended market, including but not limited to FDA, FTC, and other regulatory authority requirements. Vide Labs does not provide legal or regulatory approval and makes no representation regarding a customer’s compliance obligations.
